Bronze bearings are able to operate over a wide range of speeds and loads based on the type of bronze alloy that is used. Our versatility in providing castings throughout a wide range of bronze alloys ensures that you, our valued client, will get the right bearing for your machine. We can supply bearings up to 1200 lbs in weight with a maximum Outside Diameter (O.D.) of 42 inches.
Located in Bucyrus, Ohio, our plant offers more than 40,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity. Started as a casting facility, early on in our long history, management saw the need to add in machining capability to provide finished machined bronze bearings and thrust washers.
Our Sand Foundry is OSHA qualified and features 35,000 square feet of foundry and pattern storage area. This manufacturing capacity means that your custom specifications are quickly and efficiently made a part of our manufacturing process. This efficiency blended with our quality allows you to quickly return the machine to service, whether you are a manufacturing facility needing to return a machine to service or a machine rebuilder/repair organization providing services to manufacturers.
